Love this hotel. Rooms are fairly basic and small but clean and comfortable. Has a small fridge to keep your drinks cold and an AC. This is great for a solo traveler on a budget. Close to metro stop. And very good breakfast which was included with the hotel price. One of the few that gives you cooked breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs. The staff is so friendly and helpful too and speaks English if you don't know Italian. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved it! :) cozy small hotel next to the metro station and 20 minutes walk from the cathedral. Everybody is friendly and willing to help :). Location it's perfect next to the subway and the best thing they offer good coffee for breakfast, cappuccino, late… anything. I would definitely come back.

Very convenient, clean and welcoming stay for one night. I was attending a concert at Magazzini Generali and needed somewhere within walking distance to stay. The 24 hour concierge was very helpful, and they were happy for me to leave the room key with them when I went out. Great recommendations for nearby pizzerias from the receptionist. The room was small, understandably for the price and centre of Milan. It was extremely clean and the bedding was great. Everything in the room worked well. Breakfast was excellent, everything was very tasty, including the coffee made on-site by a barista working breakfast service hours. Grazie mille per rendere possibile un notte molto divertente entro i limiti del budget. Alla prossima!

I only five 4 star for location because of the pub facing the building which is very noisy at nights. Try not to stay at the rooms facing the street. However, excellent location very close to Porta Romana metro station easy reach to main spots within only 1 or 2 lines. Rooms are a little small but its fine.

A cozy and clean hotel but what stands out the most is the friendliness of the staff and specially Zaza he is exceptionally helpful, polite and supportive speaks 3 languages! It’s people like him that makes you feel welcomed and at home!

Really good value for money. Super friendly staff, and good location. Rooms on the small side but very clean and welcoming. They have a deal with QC Terme spa nearby make sure you take advantage of that as it is a great spa.

Well I should admit that we booked the hotel late and the price was not that friendly for the hotel. However, we had some troubles with our first room and I asked to change the room and the hotel staff was very nice to help us and moved to another much better room for us. So definitely points for that. The location is good!

Terrible experience - beds are uncomfortable, water and soap will literally obliterate your skin and hair. There is no AC and you gonna soak in your own sweat. Breakfast is ok. Not a 3 star hotel for sure.
